N-Ball is Copyright (C) 2005 Matteo Guarnieri. Resources by different
authors used with permission in the software remain Copyright (C)
of their authors.
N-Ball is shareware, it is copyrighted and NOT in the public domain.
You may use N-Ball for evaluation purposes for 30 days.
You may use N-Ball beyond this period only if the software is registered
with the appropriate compensation. Once registered, you are granted
a non-exclusive license to use N-Ball on one computer.

The software may not be modified in any way and may thus only be distributed
in its original form. It may not be sold, or included on a CD-ROM or any
other physical media without explicit permission by the author. Registered
versions of the software are not to be distributed under any circumstances
unless explicitly stated in writing. Registration codes are strictly
personal and are not to be distributed under any circumstances unless explicitly
stated in writing.
